Although we cannot guaranty rooting success we will guaranty our cuttings will be fresh and ready to root. We will replace damaged cuttings within two weeks of shipment. We will often replace cuttings that were not rooted successfully but we ask that we are able ship them with another cutting order. We also ask that you let us know within 2-3 months of your order. This is a courtesy so replacement is at Maui Plumeria Gardens discretion. Please see the exception under our Winter Replacement Policy.
Because rooted cuttings are already established and growing, we cannot replace rooted cuttings. We will only replace them if they arrived damaged.
Winter Replacement Policy: We do not recommend the rooting of new cuttings from October through February. This is the dormant period and it is much more difficult to successfully root during this time. We cannot replace cuttings that do not successfully root during the winter. Due to freezing weather, we do not recommend shipping to cold areas of the country during the winter and cannot guaranty the plumeria will arrive without damage due to cold.
Order cancelations must be made withing 24 hours of order placement or notification of an order shipment delay.
